Virtual Home Survey

Your schedule is tied up enough, particularly when coordinating a move! Our Virtual Survey option is flexible to your availability. With the Virtual Survey technology, you will choose a time that fits your schedule. We provide evening and weekend choices to accommodate your busy calendar.

At the time of your appointment, your professional consultant will text you a link. To begin your video chat with a live Corrigan person. This professionally trained surveyor will evaluate everything that is moving. They will estimate packing needs and determine any custom crating or additional services you need. All you need to do is go throughout your home showing each room on your phone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your individual concierge to guide you through the relocation process and ensure you’re prepared when load day arrives!

Central to the portal is the customizable checklist. This list includes all the things that need to be done starting at 2 months before your relocation date. Reminders include items essential for your move – like signing paperwork and inputting credit card payment. It also has reminders for all the other items that need to get done, like transferring medical documents and updating your mailing address with the post office. You can check items off as you finish them and also add your own customized tasks, too.

At the time when you are ready to book your services, your paperwork will be on the portal for you to look at online. Double check to be sure everything is correct and accept your paperwork on your MyUnited site. If you want to pay with a credit card, you can set this up, too.

Also, on your MyUnited is the High Value Inventory form. This document must be completed before we load your shipment. You are able to decide to wait and complete it when our crews are at your home on move day, or you can complete it earlier through the portal.

Electronic Inventory

When Corrigan Moving arrives to load your interstate or storage shipment, we create an inventory of every piece with our digital inventory app – Flex. This process is exceptionally easy for our clients, ensuring the move is even smoother.

The inventory is made digitally, making it simple to look over and understand. Each piece that is loaded will receive an inventory sticker. The sticker number corresponds with the record on the inventory paperwork, so you and the driver are clear about what was picked up.

There are additional benefits of the Flex inventory, too. Your driver is able to add pictures to the inventory, making it more precise than ever before. Signatures are simple when signing electronically, reducing the amount of time you need to complete paperwork. With these technological improvements, your relocation will be easier than it every could have been before.
